Hiring a Moderator

Right now I'm hiring one more Moderator that will be part of the LetsForum team. This is the only time I'll be hiring staff for a LONG time on this forum. By that - I mean when it will be necessary to hire someone because the forum is getting too big.

Want to be a Moderator?

Becoming a Moderator is special. You will have many more permissions on the forum. You will have to enforce the rules, support members in help threads, and deal with a lot of the drama and stress that a forum will put on you. It's tougher than you think sometimes. Here at LetsForum I take care of my Moderators and make sure that they aren't dealing with all the weight. I deal with the weight. Moderators are very HIGH QUALITY members that have proven to be dedicated.

Here's how you are selected.

1. Posting high quality material in the forum
2. Show respect towards other members
3. Prove yourself to be a professional.

If you can prove that you are staff worthy, I will hire you. I'm giving all members 1 week to prove the quality they possess. I will select the person whom I choose shall be staff on 7/7/15 - just one week from now.
