I have cleared it up and deleted most of my big programs to free up memory. I have dfraged it and cleaned up. I used tuneup 2012 pro to do all this.

Will buying more ram help?
What can i buy to speed it up

Depends on how much ram your motherboard can handle. Also, it depends if you are running a 32bit OS too.
You can buy (a) new CPU/HDD (like a SSD, and a clean fresh install of Windows)/Ram/ectect

I've never really trusted software to "tune up" my computers.. but that's just me.
