You guys don't have to use that method just contact youtube and tell them straight up that you want to change the capitalization of your name and they'll do it.

Happened to me too. I couldn't cap some of mine.

The old method works perfectly, if you are copy and pasting then you will never get it capped. You have to make up some bullshit to get it capped. All you have to do is take this part (Hello YouTube, my name is [your name on your youtube] and I want to
change the capitalization of my username, "[your youtube]" to "[your youtube cap'd]".) Reword it and continue on with some bullshit. I said that i need it changed for professional purposes and that i would like for it to be done quickly. They responded in 3 hours. lol
