YAh before making comment that a site is spam kindly search it in google and if the review of the user is bad you can freely make a post that a site is scam/
Ro2 has an anti spamming system filled with mods and a 3 sentence in a row limit for each person.
So I can't say like 4 sentences in a row without someone saying anything or I'll be banned for like 1 weak.
