How do i make a forum?

I have wanted to make a forum for a while through MyBB but i can't find help on starting it. I want it to look nice and be suited with a nice theme. Can anyone help or direct to a full in depth tutorial on how to start one?

You could easily youtube how to install MyBB, it's pretty easy with filezilla. I'll just show a video of how to install, then you could most likely find videos on adding skins, apps, etc.
