How do I make a paypal being under 18?

Is there anyway to make a paypal while im under 18, i made one yesterday, and lied about my age, and then i had to provide proof of ID so i sent in my drivers license and now its permanently limited, I have a bank account to add to my paypal when i finally figure it out but does anyone know how I can verify my paypal underage?

Make a new account under your mother's of father's name, but just use your bank account instead. That's what I did when I made my PayPal years ago. Now, I'm 18, but I still have my mother's name, etc. on the account, but have my bank account and had my debit card on it.

You can make a student account, But you have to have premission by your parents first .
