How do i reduce my sleeping habbit?

Hay fox i am very upset with my sleeping habit...

after getting up in the morning i still not feel fresh...

what are your suggestions...
 
i wanna suggest you to have hot coffee in the bed so that you can wake up easily for that day.....and also dont work for late night......
 
Pfff depends on lots of things... try to wake up early in the morning even if you feel sleepy and tired, drink a tea or coffee and u`ll feel a lot better. That`s what i did when i had the same problem as you.
 
Hello there. Regards to your sleeping habit, you have to consider your sleeping hours that's suited to your age. If you overslept, you might feel tired upon waking up and if you have less hours than the sleep hours that you should have will make you tired as well. As for me I only give myself 6-7hours of sleep. I try not to stay late at night and always have a good shower before going to bed. I also take my supplements at night instead of morning as I think that it gets absorbed more while my body is resting. As they say your cells regenerate when your asleep right? You might as well can do that and lastly avoid caffeine prior to hitting the bed :Wink:

I would suggest that you go to bed earlier. You might even want to invest in a better mattress. This may help you sleep better and get more rest.
 
sleeping habit is actually depends on your life style .TO make it better , first make sure you are tired and be comfortable in your surrounding .MAKE yourself satisfied and do not drink a lot of water .MAKE YOUR MIND PEACE before sleep , that is important.
 
average of 7 hours is alright as long as you have uninterrupted sleep.consider as well fixing your bed without wrinkles so you can sleep comfortably. Dim light will help as well and not taking any caffeine products atleast 8 hours prior to sleep just to be sure.Hope you'll have a good sleep and feel energized when you wake up. Good night!

If i want to sleep 5 or 6 hours and want to be fresh all day ... is there any medicine or supplements available that can help me in this regard
 
you should sleep early in night about 11 to 12 am then you getup early in the morning to and do exercise daily and then you feel fresh day by day try this
 
Ya sleeping a lot is really a bad habit which never let us to feel fresh and we can not do any work cool. The best way to reduce sleeping habit is to try to be engaged more and more with a perfect schedule works.
