How do Dox'ers find out the victims email, it's always been a curiosity of mine.

It was mostly from YouTube, or they try and reset a account through recovery, and they all of a sudden get the recovery email.

It's really complicated in a way.

It sound's all looks so complicated, is it still possible to dox and be able to jack tags with doxing? or is it not that simple anymore seem as though Microsoft has upped on their security measures?

Microsoft is currently upping their security, I was just in a live chat; they are aware of turboers and such, they're currently putting down the amount of time you can refresh a page per second, it's mainly SE'ing how people get tags, very luckily.
