How do you change your user group bar?

I literally just came back from a break from FK, and I've forgotten how to change my user group bar. Someone please help me, lmao.

We're gonna go ahead and click on User CP on top and on the bottom left your gonna see User Groups
From there your just gonna go on the bottom to see what group your in and you can display if you want or not.
