dwhizz said:When stress attacks I need my comfort foods such as chocolates, siomai, and or noodles/pasta. Any of those three. I really gain appetite when I'm in stress. I feel better every time I ate one of them. The best thing is I release my anxiety through prayers, after talking to God I feel relieved.
