How do you feel about the new..everything?!

I am sure that there is more too come but I want to see, what others thoughts on the new features to the website.
Such As:

Drop Down Menu
Achievements
Staff Demotion/Promotion
And anything else that has been added/improved, recently!

I feel that the Drop Down Menu is amazing!

I haven't looked at the achievements yet so not sure.

I like the drop down menu, but then i don't.

I like it because it gives a more professional look to the site and everything, but it just pisses me off because it gets in the way sometimes when I'm trying to click somewhere .
