I Know i see how i have earned a few, but does a Staff member have to give them to you?

Awards are given to users who fit the award descriptions. I'm currently the only person who can give out awards to other users. Also, I have a feature which allows me to set 'Award Moderators' who can grant awards, revoke awards and so on, but I don't think that's necessary right now. Also, in future: make sure to post in the 'Announcements, Feedback, and More' forum if you have a query.
