How do you get Power+?

I'm not sure if it's just glitch out for me but when I try and upgrade to Power+ it says this:


When I already meet all the requirements as you can see here:

Is there something else you need to do or is my shit just glitched out?

I think you should have all the donator awards or atleast an other then you have?

You need Master Donator and do not meet the requirments.
