The title says it. I tried recovering the account but for some reason they still stayed on there. So my question is can you actually even get rid of them anymore?

How do you get rid of recovery questions?

Quiet easy man.
Go to RuneScape.com -> Account Management -> Recover Password -> Enter your login username -> Recover Stolen Password -> Recover through mail.
Your recoveries has been reset.
Now just update the recoveries.

I always thought you could just cancel them. 
Why would you want to reset them though? Did you forget the answers? xD
