How do you guys obtain your Handles? (@Twitter/Instagram)

I'm currently trying to collect a few, I've not gotten much but I've realized Common Courtesy and respect to the original owner seems to be the case. I can never be a bad guy so maybe that's why?

Anyways, I've been thinking maybe that isn't the most effect way and I just think it is due to my personal preference. I'd love to know the way you guys obtain your @'s if you have any other tricks? if anyone does something similar?

I usually just trade with people, I never really go after them since I only care about gamertags really.
I am assuming you mean jacking them from the owner?
 
If your talking about original owners then they most likely claimed
 
i lurk the giveaway section and claim things as soon as i see them

I meant both ways, Whether you ask politely, Trade or just straight up jack them.

I'd only ever jack had it been inactive and never used, Even 1 tweet on the site from 2010 would make me feel like im deleting someones nostalgic past hahah.

Other than just asking/scamminh the original owners the best thing to do is just buy or trade them. Jacking is always an option it's just really hard and you have to know what you're doing. A lot of people just get lucky with jacking. I managed to get a two letter Twitter that way but it got suspended a week later for impersonating lmao
 
I have a checker that rapidly goes through and tells me what has become available just like most people on here that get insane instagrams @Rude @Coder @Homie @fade etc.

That's actually really really cool, It tells you in that second or a per certain amount of minutes? Does that mean if someone sells a IG to someone someone could take it?

Alot of people user checkers, which is a more honest way to obtain @s.

Scamming OG owners is the most known method. There's other ways to obtain users but I ain't gonna say. Checkers are also a good way of claiming OG's. Recently copped a $200+ user and was pretty ecstatic. Good luck.
 
Some people buy them cheap from homies / people they trust.
others probably trade for things they have
 
I've gotten a few nice igs with my checker just in the past 2 days. if you want help starting out just a $30 checker can multiply your money largely

I for whatever reason find Twitter alot more entertaining than IG, Any tips? I've got my eyes on a few 2009 inactives that will never tweet again more than likely, I've seen the odd middle aged woman with an account from 2009 tweeting in 2013 ''No you can't have this I use it.'' with that being the only tweet lmao.
