How do you prevent a chargeback on PayPal?

I remember along time ago when I purchased something off of a member with Paypal I had to copy and paste something In the notes. It was like 'I received my virtual product' Or something like that. Someone help please.​

What I do is transfer it onto a different PP that's secret lol. I only lose a few bucks ($2 last time) and I stay safe.
