How do you price an account?

Tell me how you price up an rs account, based on charms, ovls, stats chaotics, skills, + miscellanious.

I do $15 * number of 99s. That is the safe price for a 99 stat. If all skills are over a certain level, the account goes up in value. Depending on charms, it might raise $20 or so. All wealth, in cash or items, I do a $.5/m conversion and add it to the value of the account.

How do you value chaotics?

Chaotic = £10 I'd say

Charms = $5/k of gold, green & crimson.
Charms = $8/k of blue.
Gold = $.5/m
Skills = Amount of 99s x $13 ($1 for 1m of XP)
Skills = below 70 = $1/each
Skills = above 70-less than 90 $3/each
Skills = above 90-less than 99 $5/each
Ovls = $5/250
Chaotics = $15 each.
Misc = Add $30-$50 depending on what it is to the above prices combined.

Don't forget about quest points! If your qp are over 150, and you have a lot of the main quests done, it ads $50. 200+ qps, $65 instead of $50. 250+ add $80 instead of $65. 300+ add $100.

I usually ask gold4rs what they want for it. Then times it by x1.5 - x2

well, depending on many diffrent variables as many of your fellow comunity members stated above,

botting being a very important one, if the account has ever been botted or not
first owner is one i always want to know when i buy an account, to risk recovery tricks
stats depending on the dificulty of the 99 id say 10$ to 25$ per 99
cash value i generaly guess about 0.4$ a mill if they have a substantial amount, if not then its just left out
