so i sold some fag a 3 char gt on this site and deal went fine, apparently the account was ''suspended'' and he got mad and even without telling me he charged back saying he never recieved the tag. It made me negative 66+ in my account. I have a credit card attached and i added 50 to my card last night and i was trying to see if it would let me send even if the dispute was still open. I sent a dollar to a second paypal i have and it was fine. i tried sending more then it took the 40+ straight out of my card. I know it was paypal because now says my balance is still open but the dispute is still open. So what happens at the end date of the dispute?
