Next to air the most important thing required for the sustenance of life is water.Water has got several roles to play in the body to maintain the life form. it is main constituent forming the blood which is flown in the body to carry food material and oxygen to various organs and tissues and carry back the wastes back to excrete them as waste products after filtering that through the kidneys! Apart from this maintenance of turgidity of skin, maintaining various glands with sufficient water to excrete required chemicals in the body, aiding in digestion etc which are few important functions which water does there are many other functions it does for the benefit of our body! So it is very important that we should have ample of water every day! It has been observed that many people don't have sufficient water and they suffer subsequently because of this.
