This may seem like a dumb question but bear with me.

The account has been silver since about 2010 so would it still have the 7 year tenure? If not then it's all good

Some accounts have been known to continue tenure whilst on silver but to my knowledge and experience they don't.

This is a common assumption and I'm here to tell you this is 100% false, anyone who says different is lying. I have accounts that I never signed into from 2008 that still say they are gold but the tenure clearly stopped counting.

Also If it was a legit 7-8 year tenure I would see it going for about 100$, obviously more if it has good dlc and a nice name.

It WOULD sell for more than a $100 with 7/8 tenure if it actually had that tenure.

I had an account I just recovered and It only once had a One Month In 2006 and I add gold and its a 9 year.
The way the tenure still counts is if the last time you logged on with gold and there was a terms of use agreement, and you did not accept or whatever the tenure would grow and grow again ONLY if you do that and you had before the terms of use or whatever.
