Philly doesn't sell groups anymore.
You can only buy groups through the current group owners.

Buying your own official group is closed, unless you buy it from someone. Regular price is $400.00 with upgrades. HMU on AIM if you're looking for a deal. I got one for you.

I'm not sure if Philly is selling them or not, but would be best to buy from group owners.
There is also a $50 owner transfer fee.

Philly is not selling them anymore if a group is deleted or removed then I guess he might sell another one.

You should hit up either Kyle or District. I believe they were selling their groups. You could also try the owner of Elite. HMU if you need a user title etc
