But I don't think that this has any adverse effects on the site's popularity, numbers, or longevity. If the site's current formula for advertising stayed the same, I do not think the forum would decline, unless something extreme occurred. Likely something staff related, I'm assuming.

Noah said:My entire post is based on being a user of the internet since I was six years old. Twelve years later, things haven't changed much. What websites that were popular then are still popular? Did you see how fast MySpace died? Look at YouTube channels, they rarely remain popular a year or two after they've "blown up".
I don't want to argue with you, I enjoy your site. I'm just stating, the forum won't continue to be popular if it doesn't continue to grow. It simply isn't growing at the rate it used to. If it doesn't pick up the forum will die and if you can't see that, then I don't know what to tell ya.
Philly said:That is where you are wrong, and very sadly mistaken. The stats has never been so good, and never gone up so fast. We are growing each and everyday since the day of creation. Obviously as I have said you clearly know nothing of what you are talking about as literally the stats are basically the biggest they have EVER been on FK. Everything is great for us, you are obviously just a negative individual that bases his theories on assumptions, and extremely outrageous rumors.
Nah subscribers on youtube aren't loyal as they used to be back in the early days of youtube (2007, 2006, 2008). EX: 10k subscribers = 20k+ views but now days 4 million subscribers = 1 million views.Noah said:My entire post is based on being a user of the internet since I was six years old. If an password reset could be sent to my email like a requested through the automated PW reset, or from Philly like I asked and wasn't given any type of actual answer to my problem ( http://gyazo.com/774b3df050ee29b0e8be7538e04a5980 ), I would love to continue this discussion from my mobile device.
I'm not a member of the community I'm a member of the site. I have heard no rumors since I do not associate with any members of this site. Numbers may be looking good now but numbers always decline. I don't know what to say to you if you don't think decline isn't inevitable. I'm actually a very positive in my personal life, if you took the time to know me in the almost three years I've been a member you would know that. I'm just stating there is no center piece for the site and I don't see any attraction that will keep members, or attract new ones.
Philly said:There is reasons I have emails disabled... Not everything is for the public to know about. If you would post an account recovery or private inquiry on the matter it would be handled asap as I told you via aim. TBH you are lucky you got a response from me at all, I am busy, and I have a team that helps out as well which people don't understand and just go straight to contacting me first, the busiest guy on the site. Makes perfect sense... We literally have never declined in stats EVER I don't even see how that would be possible truthfully.
Also what are you talking about original gamertags for? That is just one section on the site out of hundreds... It is not even our most active section and, it is not our center piece, nor do I want it to be. We are a general forum, with sections FOR ALL! With a marketplace for ANYTHING! I advertise more than you and anyone else thinks, and not one of my advertisements has EVER been for original gamertags. Might I add at this day in age our social mediums sections is double in activity when it comes to the gamertag market, and if you think social medium sells will ever go tits up then you must be really dumb because there will not be a day pass that people won't desire a sick username on a social media website that they frequent on. Hell people pay for original usernames on FK even, and facebook alone gets more traffic per second than FK gets a year. I honestly cannot understand your philosophy on the sites dying when we have been so damn strong for over 3 years now, SOOOOOO STRONG! I am starting to get the feeling you are perhaps lonely, and need to cause drama for attention.
PS: Why the hell would I junk the thread? Feel free to state your opinions why would I care, you are only making the site more active... Funny how that works ehh?

Noah said:You've never spent money on advertising Original Gamertags but if you google "Original Gamertags" this is the first site it links to, and the domain originalgamertags.com redirects to this site. I've been a member for years now Philly. When I was more active I saw every single post you had ever made, up until about a year ago. I know for a fact you advertised this site around Gamertags. I'm a fan of the site. I browse it as frequently as I browse Reddit or Twitter. I'm not lonely by any means. I have a girlfriend, a best friend, and many other friends in my circle, most of whom I see in person on a daily basis. I was simply asking how you expect to prevent the site from declining when I don't see any advertising going on anymore. Eventually the current community will fall out and will have to be replaced with new members. I just was wondering how you expect to keep up with a current community and their interests. To be honest I wasn't expecting such an immature response from the admin, you said I was speaking nonesense with no proof to back myself up, but you yourself just blurted out a response with no stats to back yourself up.
