I bought a 99 attk str def hp for 100m, without quests, dung or any other level.

So yours, I'd say 120m.

6 99s. Also consider that 5 of them are very useful.
This account is worth about $60-70. Now that botting is gone, prices are going to rise. Right now, it is worth 120m. It will in the near future spike really high, to like 180-200m. Don't sell it right now. Save it, and expect major profit.

If the prices of gp are going up then he will get less gp in the future. So sell for gp now and then sell the gp later. 100m is my estimate.
