Hey guys,

Quite new to this forum particularly though I'm an existing member of HackForums with a great trading history. None the less, I know none of that counts towards my legitimate situation over here at RuneGear. I've already been scammed 10M so I need to do this as secure as possible. I'm willing to go first though I'm doing small increments of 5-10M, using a MM, and only going with users with 300 posts+. My question is how safe is it to trade and receive money by PayPal? I heard a lot of charge backs are happening. Thanks!

Well if you follow your guidelines of only dealing with members who have 300+ posts, you should be fine.

Always use a MM.

While they don't mean much, they do still hold weight due to the fact that this shows that the user has made successful trades and is a valued member of the forums.

I don't have 300 posts, but I'm completely legitimate.
I'd say to not trade with members without previous vouches/rep from successful trades.
