how do you fully create a youtube channel now?

I tried creating one and just messing around put the channel "A" and it worked, I know theres no way in hell thats my legit channel name, so how do you legitly create a youtube channel now?

Google has to ruin everything

You can make your URL in advanced settings if that's what you're looking for. I do agree with you, though. Google has made everything worse.

You can make the name whatever you want. As @Amp said url is in settings.
