How To Easily Tell If You Can't Connect Because Of Site Or Your Connection

So pretty much what you do if you ever get to a site that won't load up. An easy way to tell if its because of you or if its the site is go to this site http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and just enter the site url that you are having trouble with and it will tell you whether the site is down or if it is just you.
