how to enable task manager again?

well friends ! due to computer virus my task manager is error. every time i try to open it, a message is displayed that administrator has disabled it and make sure it is enabled. i haven't disabled it, so i don't know how to enable it. please friends, help me.

Go into safe mode, download/run http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.php
That should fix the issues.
