Not sure if this has been posted here before but if it has, please inform me! Also I didn't know where to post this so sorry if it's in the wrong place!
Introduction
This is my own made method on how to protect your Skype account from being "jacked". It is useful and work 100% of the time!
The process into "jacking" ones account is actually very easy... This tut will help you so that your account is literally impenetrable!
What To Do
Lets get started...
So when a person tries to access your account they need information on the account. Usually around 6 things.
These are: DOB*, Name*, Email*, 5 Contacts*, Location*, Creation Date*, and whether Skype Premium was Purchased*.
Here we go...
I will teach you how to make it so they can't get this info...

Name:
Use a name that you do not use for any other thing...ie Paypal, FK, Facebook, etc etc... After you have used that name and it's register'd with the account, change the name on the public profile to whatever and make sure it's not visible anywhere.

DOB:
Use a DOB that you do not use for any other thing...ie Facebook, FK, etc etc... After you have used that DOB and it's register'd with the account, you will do the following...
1: Open your Skype.
2: Click on your Skype Name at the top left.
3: Click "Show Full Profile".
4: Locate "birthdate" and click on every single number for Year, Month, and Day and press the backspace until the input box is empty.

Use an Email that you do not use for any other account. Register with it or change the account email to the one that you don't use for any other account. Do not tell anyone about it and continue to only use that email for Skype.

5 Contacts
All I can say for this one is...
Try to hide your friends who have their Skype accounts listed from any profile you own and...
1: Open your Skype.
2: Click on your Skype Name at the top left.
3: Click "Show Full Profile".
4: Locate "contacts" and to the right you will see an input box either saying "Contacts ONLY" or "Private". MAKE SURE this is set to "Private". If not set it yourself.

Country Register'd
When registering make sure you use a country that is not common and completely random, then do these steps...
1: Open your Skype.
2: Click on your Skype Name at the top left.
3: Click "Show Full Profile".
4: Locate "Country" and change the country to any country besides the one you register'd with.
Also make my computers time to the setting "Private".
If you've already register'd just do the steps...

Creation Date and Skype Premium
For Skype Premium and Year/Month Registration don't worry these are usually just guessing questions.
*Means "register'd on the account"

1.MAKE SURE YOUVE DONE EVERYTHING IN THIS TUT.
2.Remember not to give any info out about this account.
3.Write down the info on the account on a spare notepad on your comp for possible future reference.
