How to get an inactive account.

Im looking at all these Instagram accounts that are inactive yet still on Instagram.
When is Instagram going to get rid of these account and is there anyway you can get them?
Most of the accounts i want arent even OG..

If anyone knows how to get a inactive ig please reply or PM.
I dont have a budget so feel free to comment a price.

There is a very rare chance that someone can get them and an equally rare chance instagram rill release them.
 
You need to get someone to jack the username, which can cost anywhere from $200-500, or more, if the username is saught after. I would reccomend asking on HF, because very few people here can jack.

Ive kinda came to the realization that instagram will not relase them.
I was thinking that maybe someone would crack it..
Sucks they dont release those accounts.. could have went to use.

Hackforums.net, good luck. I got someone there to jack me my irl name. And it was an active account.
