No, this is iPhone. You need to jailbreak an iPhone for more features. Android phones does provide the full functions at starts, you can then root it to have some more power such as oc'ing your mobile processor, simcard reading speed...

The wholevpoint to root a android device is to speed up the proccesor. That's why many people do it. But you can do many other things as well. Jail breaking is very different than rooting.

There is no jailbreaking for the android platform. There's Rooting. Me and my dad do that buy that is 100% different then jailbreaking.
