Well, some may have that as a requirement, but many don't.

A usergroup? No. You simply just apply to join and they will accept based on requirements. To see info on a group, go to search and type in ____ group. For example, Candy Group. Candy has no requirements and it's open to the public. Go to USERS and click the 4 Boxes, and click group memberships.
