My friend bots his views to 10000 each and he got partnered. He only gets 3 likes and has 2000 subscribers. That just proves they don't matter.

A bot was probably used to raise that persons suscriber amount as well. I'm not implying you cant get a partnership by using bots, It's just not common. As well as why sell two different methods, when people can get them both for free. Thats all.
