Directions:
Get a Ring of Dueling and teleport to castlewars. Head east and you'll eventually see a grey wall and double doors. Open the doors and head in. You should see a player owned house portal. If you don't, you are at the wrong place. Keep heading east and you'll see the bank.
Extra Information:
The Yanille player owned house portal is most popular for it's constantly open gilded altars, which are used for training prayer. Due to it being so close to a bank and so easily applicable, there is rarely a time when a house owner doesn't have a house devoted to gilded altars opened.
