This method is quite well know, but for some people it doesn't work. This will get you partnership, 99% of the time. I have partnership on three different YouTube accounts because of this method.

Step One
Get around 30-50 subs, what I've had every time and it's worked. If you don't have 30 people that would sub, you can use Subxcess.
Step Two
Over the period of a week, upload about 4 videos. Viewbot the videos to around 300 views each, don't go over 300 as YouTube will check the IP and notice that you've been botting, so then delete all the views.
The bot I use isn't intended for viewbotting, but works fine. To get it click here, and download the auto clicker. Set it to click every 2 seconds, then hover over the refresh button.

Now, you're pretty much done. Just apply with either AdRev or AwesomenessTV and you will get all the benefits a usual partner would get. It takes about 3-5 days for them to get back to you.
