How to keep your IG account safe.

So there's 2 methods to get most Instagram accounts out right now.
Today I will be telling you how to keep your account safe from this.

[font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]If you do, please filter the picture (not on instagram) and/or put a watermark.[/font]

I don't want to say why both these methods keep your account safe.
They do, take my word for it.

True,I lost my fucking Instagram because I let them follow me,
It involves making a account with the email on the instagram,and then going to reseting the password,I am not sure what else they do or how they manage to sign up under a already used email.
Weird methods
also faking the owners info or something like that.
