Afterwards, your slice of bread should look like this.

After completing step 1, grab your jar of peanut butter, and jelly and unscrew the lids off the jars.
Now your progress should look something like this.
Step 3:
Grab your butter knife and proceed to gently smear the contents of either jar onto a single slice of bread almost entirely covering up the surface of the bread.
Step 4:
Repeat step 3 until 1 slice of bread has jelly on it and 1 slice of bread has peanut butter.
Step 5:
Put the 2 slices together to make a sandwich.
And voila! You created a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!
