How to make it so ppl cant see ur posts

i have a group of 4 people that i dont want to be able to see my posts

does ignoring them make them unable to view my posts, or if now, how can i achieve this?

If you ignore them they can't read your posts, but if they ignore you they have the option to view what you've posted and vice versa

so say i was to ignore a staff member (totally not gonna happen just an example) would they get an option to view my post
