I see a bunch of people selling the method to this so I'll make a simple guide to it
install firefox
install this addon https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/tamper-data/
go to hotmail.com and make an account
once you've made an account, simply go to account settings, then go to the ''your info'' tab and click the ''Manage your sign-in email or phone number'' button
now you see account alias, etc etc, just click add an alias
now here comes the tricky hacker part, press alt on your keyboard and click tools and tamper data, for the retards i have included a picture
now it will open a new tab, just click start tamper in the top left
try to add an alias, just type ss or something random then add alias
now this will pop up, click tamper
now another window will popup, look for SingleDomain and delete all that stuff, then type in live.com and click on ok, now claim a live email and click submit everytime
