step 1: make a second paypal​

step 2: have them send funds to the second paypal​

step 3: send funds from second paypal to your original paypal​

you're done if they try to pull back they cant ​

Verified accounts can still get limited lol, especially if your using a stealth (with presumably fake info) to sent money

couldn't you tell them to send it and you get and say wait I don't want to use this PayPal then have them file a dispute and they get the money then say oh wait I do want to use this PayPal they send it again and can't file a dispute right? @Fedora and this is besides them calling their bank and getting it refunded

you mean like have them send you money, they open a CB case on you and then close it right?If it's something like that I don't think they can reopen the case

yea, they send you the money then tell them to chargeback(ofc make an excuse to make them CB because you know they won't just do it) and make them resend to that PayPal and I don't think they can't open a dispute again only way I'd say is by talking to your bank and getting the money back that way. I used to like PayPal but you can get limited for sending a lot of personal payments which is stupid

I've always done this, for me only the second account gets limited and when that happens I just make another one.
