I think that you are from India

You cant trace the exact location of the mobile but you can trace the State in which mobile phone is being used.

I already have a software which tracks the states plus service provider,i want exact location...but thanx for the info..!!

There are no free programs for this, you can only use it when you pay for it. Otherwise it would be really easy for stalkers to stalk you.

There isn't any free or easy or legal way todo his unless you have complete acess to the phone through the company and the phone has a built in gps
