How ur email a/c is normally hacked and how to prevent it?

Email service had just made our life easier plus fast 4 sharing files.But now a days it gets hacked so first i'll tell u about how its hacked?
Majority email a/c r hacked by phishing n cookie stealing technique.
About cookie stealing technique,it just grabs ur cookies which saves ur sensitive data.
Make sure you dnt keep cookies 4 longer tym.do clear it at certain time intervals.
If u get any suspecious email with attachment..dnt open it...it may b spyware 4 stealing ur a/c infnce ur cookies r received it can b decrypted easily...so do clear it....
