I'd like to provide some advice on some areas that you could improve on; but first: I've been "YouTubing" for 3 years now (as of 2 days ago) and have ran 2 channels to above 2,000 (real, active, not botted) subscribers, and another channel to above 5,000 (real, active, not botted) subscribers. You're focus (Minecraft) is a bit cliche, but the subject gets a lot attention on YouTube. So first of all, a semi-professional display over your channel is ideal for what you two are doing. Simple corrections such as correction in grammar, the way you display your links, and channel title could be straightened up a bit to give viewers and non-subscribers a little persuasion to subscribe. Also, you two are extremely active, but watch the way to maintain activity. I've noticed that you upload multiple times a day at some points, and go a few days without uploading at all. Try to maintain activity by just uploading 1 video daily. Another small upgrade you could use are thumbnails. They give your channel a better appearance and viewers will view you as a serious "YouTuber". And finally... variety, variety, variety. You can stick to your Minecraft videos, but branch off and do some series. You can easily do commentaries, "Let's Play"s, maybe even some custom games. Well, I hope this helped you out a bit on how you should present yourself and maintain your channel. Good luck! You're off to a good start!
