hows the combination of 5670 with dualcore?

i had a 9800GT with my AMD Athlon Dual core 4800+ 2.51 GHz, but then the graphic card got screwed so i am planning to buy 5670. So is it a good combination 5670+AMD Athlon Dual core 4800+ 2.51 GHz? And how is this graphic card individually?
600 watts power supply
Budget not more than 120$

It will be no problem but now majority of the new games recommend of core 2 duo in system requirements
I have this card HD 5670. It is awesome card. You will feel the game while playing
Your budget MAY be a problem. Not sure but it will cover it
