This account is a 5k account and the niche is a famous YouTube. It pulls 1k likes on text post type pictures and any others relating to the you tuber and almost gets around 200 comments on every photo. This is extremely active for how little the followers are hopefully someone can give me a price on how much it's worth
 
$250-350? Reasonable price range tbh. Its a steal imo since its also @5k followers . you never see 5k followers active on a ig and getting 1k likes.

That is an insanely active stat, so that alone is super valuable these days. The niche sounds easy to run, it gets a nice amount of comments, and I would assume it grows at a reasonable rate, so I would say you could get around $250 to any regular buyer, and potentially more than that if you find the right person to sell to. lol someone tweeted the account out to the actually youtuber so i quickly changed the niche to a funny videos and pictures and it maintains 300 likes and is losing the followers that realized it was fake so the follower count is now at like 4.5k but i guess thats still good and bad. how much now would it be appraised at lol?
 
I still think it should be around $200-250 then. And funny Niche are better anyways . youll gain more followers better with The funny niche
 
300 likes for 4.5k isnt crazy active but keeping a funny video page active isnt easy by any means, id say $100-150 for it as is but get it to like 10k and the value will shoot up a bit
