Knowledge is a familiarity, awareness or understanding of someone or something, such as facts, information, descriptions, or skills, which is acquired through experience or education by perceiving, discovering, or learning. But where and how did humans get this knowledge from? I don't believe that our ancient ancestors just came up with system of writing and reading I believe that a different species visited us and taught us how to read, write and many other basic fundamentals .
My point is I believe we got our knowledge and what we have learned the past 100,000 from " Aliens " Do you?

RE: Human knowledge and Aliens

Aliens? That is absurd, in my opinion. Surely you can come up with a better theory as to where we got our knowledge from.

I personally believe that is the most theoretical answer to how ancient humans acquired their knowledge. I mean think about it, how else could humans acquire such great knowledge?
Their is no way us humans could have just come up with these ideas.

RE: Human knowledge and Aliens

Undoubtedly, there is a species either similar or more advanced than humans.

1. The evolution of the human being was incredibly quick.

Yes, I know that millions of years is quite some time, but compared to other "complex" lifeforms (bacteria) at the time, Earth pretty much "won the evolutionary equivalent of the lottery." I know that there is no recorded evidence of evolution; I'm not going to get into that.

2. The size of the universe in infinite.

The universe is vast. There are a large amount of galaxies that are identical to our's, the Milky Way. If our universe is able to sustain life, I'm positive that additional universes have the ability to do the same.

Our brain evolved over millions upon billions of years in order for it to be capable of what it is today. We gain more and more knowledge about the cosmos everyday. Our knowledge evolves with society. However, our brains can only handle certain things, and are only able to interpret the current dimension we are in. We have knowledge and intelligence, but it is quite limited.

Aliens could be a possible explanation for our (limited) intelligence and knowledge, but it is highly, highly improbable.

If aliens taught us everything, what taught the aliens? I know this is kind of like the argument "If God created the universe, what created god?" (which I do not like :/ )

Their simply might not be a god if their is another species in the Universe.

Alright. Now prove it.

We went from traveling by horseback to voyaging to the moon and back within a time frame of a couple centuries without any clues hinting the aid of any otherworlders. I think it is extensively irrational and illogical of you to conclude we could not have developed a way to read and write within this 100,000 year time frame of yours without the aid of extraterrestrials.

Well take a look at one of the pyramids in giza

If you take the perimeter of the pyramid and divide it by two times the height, you get a number that is exactly equivalent to the number pi (3.14159...) up to the fifteenth digit. The chances of this phenomenon happening by sheer chance is remarkably small. Did the ancient Egyptians know what the number pi was? Not likely, seeing as it was a number not calculated accurately to the fourth digit until the 6th century, and the pyramids calculate it to the fifteenth.

I fail to see how this means therefore aliens.

Besides, I refuse to believe the site you plagiarized off of is of credibility: http://bit.ly/1fnZ2WC. I mean seriously, the first website to appear on the Google search (http://www.outerworlds.com/) is a 3D virtual reality chat. If you're going to copy and paste others work, at least put it in quotes.

Forgot about the quotes. Just updated the reply tho

Here i'll put it in my own words. How is it possible that the pyramids are perfectly aligned? I don't believe the ancient Egyptians had the knowledge to align the pyramids the way they're currently positioned
