You obtain the money by doing surveys, offers( tons of free ones, trust me), etc. They are relatively easy. How long it takes depends on how many surveys you do. Most surveys reward anywhere from $0.30-$0.70 . Prizes can be ordered through approved vendors ( many of them, check out the link) and shipping depends on how much you will pay for shipping from the store( check out there FAQ for more detailed answers to your questions). Gaining points is rather easy and pretty fast compared to other sites I've been on. And hey, its legit and they do cash out and send the prizes(check out the thousands of testimonials).
