Try Clicksor, Lots of people that are not in the united states use this on their sites.

Se7ensins is full of modders, that's all they would talk about. I don't think we really want that.

Well, when you target specific people and bring them to a more open community with not only what they enjoy discussing, you will further guide them to being active in other areas.

I'll contact the administrators of se7ensins and see if they have an offer.
