I was taking apart a disposable camera out of curiosity, and when i touched the wires on the capacitor, it sent a jolt of electricity through my entire right arm. I couldn't use my arm for about 20 minutes.


After it happened, I googled it to see if it's happened to others, and I found a bunch of tutorials on youtube on how to make a taser out of a disposable camera.


So a funny way to prank your friend would be to shock them with an old disposable camera. Just sayin.
 
You were making a taser. Be honest. I've done this as well.
 
LOL I wasn't making a taser, I promise! I didn't even think the voltage inside disposable camera would even be that much

i didn't expect it at all. But now i plan on making it a taser.

The only Time I have been shocked was when I got struck by lightning.
 
That would hurt so much I wouldn't no what to say.
 
im going to go make a taser right now if its not too hard

edit: wouldnt be useful unless you throw it at someone else and they catch it
 
The disposable camera taser is awesome and really packs a punch. Although it runs on around 6 volts, the amperage is quite high; and the amperage is what makes it hurt like a motherfucker. I brought one of these to school two years ago and I taser some kid during break. He flipped his shit and started screaming. I got a couple says of ISS. It's cool though. It was well worth it.
