Long story short. I did something stupid involving computer networking.

I was sentenced to be banned from the internet for 2 years with exception of using it for school or work related projects earlier this year.

My new court date is in 2014 and I wanted to know; will my ISP give them logs of what I've done in the last 2 years? Maybe to see if I was following the judges orders? I was on a VPN for like the first 5 months, but then I said fuck it because how can they actually monitor YOU being the one visiting the websites when I have a whole family? Anyways, that jumped across my mind so now I'm back on the VPN. Logless and highly anonymous.

Should a judge even be allowed to order such a thing? Anyways, let me know what you guys think.

A judge shouldn't have a single damn right to do this, but this is the government. So what do you expect :/

Haha, good luck with this. Hopefully you don't get caught again, Pred.
