I have a question ForumKorner'ers' ...

How can I give reputation to the people that I think generally deserve it?

It shows me this box-thingy:

Some of these users are really Helpfull & returning the favor in this community seems to be by giving that user something called "rep"

Like in the streets my doe

So how can I make that person not feel like they did a business deal and got not % back?

You need to at least have Onyx or I think be in a usergroup to give out reputation. The upgrade page can be found here: http://www.forumkorner.com/upgrade.php

I was told you have to be upgraded. It won't let me rep other users aswell.

You have to upgrade to be able to rep members on the site. I suggest getting donator, then onyx. Then once you get 20k koins, get power.

I figured that is the case...I have 0$ in my PayPal, that wont even cover half of it lol...I heard making money on this site is and can be a possiblity for the people like me who don't know where the F@$# to start in the marketplace, the gist of the community are very helpful with giving ideas
